Our services include:

• Performance analytics and optimization

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

QuantumFlux operates on a performance-based pricing model where clients pay only for qualified leads delivered. Pricing varies by advertising channel:

• Search Engine Leads: $40 per qualified lead
• Social Media Leads: $50 per qualified lead
• Premium Display Leads: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees. All prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice.

4. Lead Quality and Qualification

A "qualified lead" is defined as a prospect who:

• Has shown genuine interest in your products or services
• Meets your specified target audience criteria
• Has provided accurate contact information
• Has been verified through our quality assurance process

QuantumFlux reserves the right to determine lead qualification based on established criteria and industry standards.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information and target audience specifications
• Responding to leads in a timely and professional manner
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining appropriate licenses and certifications for their business
• Not engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices

6. Prohibited Uses

Clients may not use QuantumFlux services for:

• Illegal activities or products
• Adult content or services
• Gambling or betting services
• Cryptocurrency or investment schemes
• Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes
• Any business that violates advertising platform policies

7. Data Protection and Privacy

QuantumFlux is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data collected through our services. We comply with applicable data protection laws and maintain appropriate security measures to protect personal information.

8. Limitation of Liability

QuantumFlux's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. QuantumFlux reserves the right to terminate services immediately for violation of these terms or non-payment.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
